Sandra's patience and willingness to go above and beyond is incredible! We were in search of our home for almost two years. Originally, we wanted to stay in Winnipeg, and the thought of moving/living outside of the city didn't even cross our minds. When the search began, Sandra showed us a plot of land with a ready plan to build a brand new home only 30 minutes outside of Winnipeg.  We dismissed it without even considering it. Months had gone by with no luck of finding what we liked in the city and, of course, in our price range. We decided to expand the search outside of the city. Which brought us back to the same location she showed us originally. (She obviously knew us better than we realized). Sandra arranged the meeting with the builder and held our hand with every step of the way throughout the building journey.  We couldn't be happier with having Sandra along our side with helping to find our new home.
